Sales Leader (On-Trade) Denmark - job information


Groove Hard Kombucha is Northern Europe’s first alcoholic kombucha. We launched a year ago and are growing our team in 2023. We want to give consumers a craft brewed transparent alcohol option. We are especially passionate about creating a beverage for outdoor enthusiasts wanting something lighter without sacrificing ingredient quality and taste. Nature is part of our DNA, so we work hard to minimize our environmental impact. Our goal is to give customers a clean, transparent product and to create a light footprint on the planet. We are proud to donate 1% of our sales toward protecting the environment.

We are looking to hire an on-trade sales leader for Denmark. The position is based in the Greater Copenhagen area, but you will be expected to travel throughout Denmark, building relationships and connecting with buyers.


  • 2-4 years of sales experience in the alcoholic beverage industry.
  • Track record of launching/sell in new products and landing new customers.
  • Strong verbal/written and presentation skills.
  • Self-disciplined/self-motivated.
  • MS Office proficiency.
  • Team player motivated by a startup environment with the ability to innovate.
  • Ability to manage a small sales team.
  • Ability to travel via car, train, or plane and attend events as necessary.
  • Must be able to do physical tasks and lift 20kg.
  • Danish & English language skills, verbal + written.

Compensation: Full-Time Salary. Starting March 2023.
